Jenny was a fantastic support when we adopted our little anxious man Salty. It was a stressful time trying to understand his behaviour, triggers and how he related to my partner and I. However, Jenny was so professional, caring, thorough and knowledgable that we developed confidence as owners and Salty was much quicker to relax. I reached out to Jenny when my cavoodle puppy was showing very concerning signs of separation anxiety. She would toilet on herself, cry and howl the moment I left for even a second and then was hysterical when I returned. She wasn't even able to handle me leaving her sight to go to a different room.What a HUGE difference after a few weeks of working with Jenny! The exercises slowly but surely built up her confidence and amazingly I can now leave to go out to dinner for 3 hours and she is totally fine! I'm so glad I worked with Jenny early whilst my puppy was young. She was also able to give me advice about other behaviour (becoming anxious on walks, not eating) and it is like I have a totally different puppy! Highly recommend speaking to Jenny as soon as you start seeing issues, she's so knowledgable, empathetic and genuinely has your dog's interests at heart!!
