I know this store isn't really there for a main grocery shop but it is too small: selection is very narrow. The lack of trolleys also forces you to only buy small amounts.The only plus would be the convenient location.

I know there’s a long queue with just one poor lady serving, n I know coffee takes a minute or 2 to brew, but there’s no need to just press a button on the coffee machine, jump to the next customer who took at least a good 6-7 minutes (I thought that was it) but after that customer, only started brewing my coffee n jump again to the next customer.. n make me wait for 2 customers after me to finish before I got my order. It will be less havoc if they just finished off the coffee in one go. I waited for my turn n others will have to wait as well in these situations

Woolworths is located upstairs opposite Chatswood train station gates. It's easy to grab things before/after work if you're catching a train. It is a clean store but is a bit small -almost like a cross between a Woolies Metro and a regular Woolworths. The staff are constantly replenishing stock and are helpful when you have questions

creepy old woolworthes man always lurks through aisles after school and gives everyone dirty looks. made me so uncomfortable. definitely a traumatising experience.

Good for everything except meat. NEVER buy chicken, beef, turkey or pork here. 5/10 it’s off. I’ve had to come back at get refunds for a packet of mince or chicken breasts etc about 7 times. Not worth it

Located right next to Chatswood station and bus interchange this Woolies is best utilised for grabbing a few things for lunch or if you’re on the way home. Like all Metro stores it only has a limited range and may be more expensive than a regular Woolies, but it’s designed to be convenient. If you want the full supermarket experience there’s Coles in Westfield and Chatswood Chase.

Woolworths has a rewards system for a reason, and they are offering free coffees for every 30 dollars you spend. I lined up to get a coffee only to be told (rudely, without an apology) that they simply aren't making them for customers because they are short staffed. This doesn't make sense because there were 3 staff in the vicinity and it doesn't take any longer to make a coffee than it does to scan a basket of groceries. So why is it the coffee customers that lose out? I wasn't sure if this was a permanent thing or just temporary, but there was no sign up about this, and so all the customers who had waited in line had wasted their time. What is the point of a rewards system that doesn't work? Might as well remove the coffee machine if you're not going to make coffee.

I waited 10 minutes to order a coffee and the two ladies behind counter didn’t seems to care. Saturday 4.40pm. I will never try to buy a coffee again from Woolworth.
