Incredible service, honest and great price. The team at TSR got our caravan and Amarok ready to cross the Nullarbor, they were informative on what was needed to have a safe trip with the family and l couldn't thank them enough. Both the caravan and Amarok completed the 4000k trip with no issues!! Thanks again TSR!!

BJ gives great customer service and works to your budget

I've taken my car to these guys a couple of times. Took it in to get a service & they call back with a list of things wrong with my car, telling me it was just about to become undriveable at any moment & that it would cost thousands of dollars to fix, which as it turned out was totally untrue. They didn't end up servicing it, because there was a bit of oil on the engine (probably didn't want to get their fingers dirty). I knew they were lying to me, so got a second opinion from a different mechanic that serviced my car & then told me the only thing wrong with it was some minor & easily fixed issues. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE, they will scam you.

Very popular mechanics and I can see why. My work mate recommended them to me. Friendly guy at the front. They serviced my car quickly and didn't try to rip me off which I so appreciate. I even got offered one of their customer cars whilst my car was being serviced.

I have never seen this level of dishonesty and I am disgusted by what seems to be Tahmoor Tyre Power’s (previously TSR) normal business practice to cheat their customers. I went to Tyrepower Tahmoor after driving over a pothole. Bejay at Tyrepower showed me that my rim had 4 cracks and informed me that they would need to send it away to be repaired. He said that the company they send it to (Spot On Rim Repair) do not normally repair a rim with more than 2 cracks. However, he said that he had contacted the rim repairer and that they had agreed to repair my rim. I collected my 'repaired' rim a couple of days later 27 July 2022. I paid $700 for the cracks to be welded and rim repainted and $190 for a new tyre. Tyrepower Tahmoor invoiced me a total of $890. On 12 November 2022, while driving on the M5 motorway I had another flat tyre. This was only the 3rd time I had driven the vehicle since the repair. The tyre went flat due to the cracks reopening. I returned with the tyre to Tyrepower Tahmoor to inform them that the cracks had returned. Bejay said that there was no warranty on the welds and told me to contact Spot On. After speaking with Steve, the Manager and Elliot, the Owner of Spot On, I was informed that my rim was never sent to them. I was advised that Spot On never repair any rim that has more than one crack in it and that it is illegal to do so. A rim with 4 cracks should never be repaired, only replaced. Not only did I pay $890 for a repair that should never have been offered, but I paid for a repair that was not carried out by the agreed repairer Spot On. Bejay and Jennifer Irwin at Tyrepower Tahmoor refuse to show me any evidence of who repaired my wheel. If Spot On had repaired my rim, Bejay or Jennifer could have very easily showed me the invoice that Spot On provides to ALL their customers.

The team helped me this morning when I dropped in with my tyre needing repair. Even though they were flat out, they still fixed my tyre on the spot and got it safely back on the car. All the guys were friendly and professional. Excellent, efficient service and it got me back on the road quickly. Thank you!

Been taking all my vehicles to tyrepower tahmoor and can not fault them at all. Their friendy service, great staff and 100% reliable mechanics are definitely worth the visit to see these guys. Absolutely recommend them

Made a phone call to the guys at tahmoor tyrepower at 5 past 8 Friday morning after finding a flat tyre.Needed to get to Orange by 2pm.9am we were on our way with 2 new tyres.Thanks for fitting us in with such short notice.

I got a flat heading north on the Hume Motorway, and managed to get to Tyrepower Tahmoor after NRMA saved the day by changing the flat (in wet and dangerous conditions). The guys at Tyrepower were amazing! They were extremely busy already, but were able to assist and I was on my way with a new tyre not too long after. Thank you!
