Such a great gym, always clean and up to date with equipment. A great community vibe with local members and welcoming guests. Has fantastic knowledgeable staff on hand willing to help and a very well managed professional and inviting atmosphere. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

I have trained at Stepz Fitness St Lucia many times and always found it an awesome experience. The staff are all helpful and very well qualified ; the gym is well maintained and has a large variety of equipment and as well as has 24 hour access. Whether you're a beginner or have been training for a number of years Stepz St Lucia caters for a wide variety of demographics. Finally I found the manager Morgan extremely helpful and polite . He will not only set you up with a very affordable membership deal but offer to help and even tailor a workout routine specific to your goals as well as answer any and all questions you might have .

All the team are friendly and helpful. Everyone is made welcome, even relatively new gym goers like me. Great little gym with good quality equipment. Best part of the gym is my trainer Matika who really knows her stuff and is university trained. My program is perfectly matched to my 'middle-age slow crumble'. I always look forward to my sessions as I am getting fitter and stronger and Matika is great company.

This is a nice gym, although it’s not big there is enough equipment and even when it’s busy you can always find your machin and your way to train. All the equipment are always really clean and the gym tidy. The manager is super nice, always available to help you, answering your questions and making all the gym members friendly.

I would like to take a moment to write a brief review for Stepz Fitness St Lucia. During Christmas holidays, I had an opportunity to exercise here. The equipment is very well maintained, from squat racks, smith machines, to dumbbell area. Also, Morgan, who is the manager here, is extremely friendly and a fitness inspiration for myself personally. Come here during off peak times for an absolute screamer of a workout in a clean, well equipped gym.
