They were quite rude, and certainly not good value - the price was ridiculous for what they did. They’ve also given conflicting advice regarding what could and could not be claimed. Have decided to go elsewhere. Do not recommend

Outstanding service today from the consultant 21 July 2022I have been going to QTax for over 10 years and have the basic tax return.I went to the mall and they where busy so I went into the office and the lady in their said to me that the office was dearer as it is more private and apptments can be made as well as you can receive assistanceall year round, but I said that I wanted my tax done their and then if possibleShe was extremely helpful and I will be telling all my work mates family and friends to go to QTAX Kawana,.I believe the lady was Wendy and was very professional.

The worst tax experience ever!All my husband and I wanted to know was the fee.We have been customers for over 10 years, couldn't figure out why the fee is deferent inside the shopping centre and out.Too expensive for a basic tax return.

Price of my tax return went up by over 40$ from last year. Compared to all my colleagues with the same income my return is less then 50% of there's. Computer not working when you walk in. One accountant starts my return and someone else finishes it. Will not be back.
