The Property Managers in this agency are slow to respond to emergencies and highly insensitive to situations regarding new tenants.Advising a new tenant to take a sponge bath in the sink with hot water from the kettle" when the gas was not connected in time for their move in date is EXTREMELY unprofessional and is not an acceptable response to (what is considered) an emergency situation.It is difficult enough to be living without hot water during 12°C nights

Thank you to Abbie and Jaye for their amazingly lovely, helpful, patient and kind service, and Louise who has the happiest phone manner ever. Being so willing to help and look after their tenants made the process so much smoother, easier and, as they don’t take shortcuts, I know things are done right. I can’t put into words how much stress, anger and disappointment Abbie and Jaye made dissipate with me having to deal with my current Real Estate. If you are looking for people who do the right thing, for both their tenants and landlords, please don’t go anywhere else.
