Sold me a dodgy battery as brand new. Paid full price. They battery has now failed. I have been trying to contact Michael and he has been avoiding me.Went to Battery World to get a replacement and they gave me knowledge that Cairns Battery’s is very unreliable. do not recommend

car wouldn’t start after I finished work, Michael came out in 10 mins and had the battery swapped over in no time, battery was about $100 cheaper than the last one I had done elsewhere. Thankyou!

Michael didn't hesitate to come and help me out early on a Sunday morning when my motorcycle was stuck at work. He provided excellent service, knew what he was talking about and got me back on the road no problem! Couldn't recommend this business enough.

Michael was able to come over on his way home from work at short notice and fix my car battery. Upon thorough inspection and testing he found a faulty terminal and had all the equipment on hand to fix it on the spot. Would highly recommend Michael and his team for truly professional service!

Very dishonest business.Wouldn't replace a lion battery under warranty because he believed the alternator wasn't charging correctly. I had 2 other battery centres check it, and they both said the battery was faulty and no issue with the alternator. Michaels foreman Shane just wanted to sell me a replacement alternator and didn't follow his commitment to warranty. Very dishonest.
