Walked in and around the store TWICE with no help from staff, in fact a girl with green hair saw me and went instead to the back room? Another staff at the front was chatting on the phone for 5 min while I just stood there asking for help. Another lady came up behind me and noticed how awful the service was. We BOTH left. No wonder the environment of the store is in such a run down state. Nobody cares here!

Absolutely disgusting. Will never use again. The amount of times I drove to Pakenham in the last week, to specifically go to pet stock, after checking online they were open. And they were closed. Will never use again. (Driving from garfield because that store is worth the drive, but seriously if they can't convey online that they are closed, I'm done!)

What makes this particular store to be outstanding is the people who work there. Whenever I go to this shop, with whatever issues I have, everybody always do their best to help, solve problems and serve customers (and their pets) to get the best of the best! Right from the manager, down to the freshly employed newbies, they're all doing a remarkable job running this store in a nice, friendly, respectful and professional way. I love this store because they have amazing stuff members there, and that really makes a great difference in our lives! We're very lucky to have these people around Pakenham, and I just wanted to say; Thank you

Visited today and entered to hear irritatingly loud music playing.Spent three minutes browsing before l left.Neither of the staff members offered assistance. I was the only shopper in the store. Not very impressive.

Great service always! Buy my two mature dogs Glow dry food & low fat kangaroo & potato rolls..Also bought a two dog 70% off bed the other day which my dogs love!
