I've had a couple of great experiences in this shop. Most recently took my iMac for a service as it was running slow. Instead of taking my money, Bailey showed me ways to make it run faster. He suggested trying them before paying for a service. A breath of fresh air in a money grabbing world. Thank you.

My Macbook Air wouldn't turn on so I went to iLove Computers to get it fixed. Their customer service was amazing, Lauren helped me and I cannot thank her enough! She was so helpful and knowledgable, she had my laptop fixed within 5 days, which weeks faster than another place said they could do it, and didn't charge me a cent! I almost can't wait until my laptop breaks again so I can visit you and your amazing team. Thank you Lauren!

Ask them to do 1 more little test on my AirPods Pro after they couldn’t reproduce a clear problem that I reproduced instantly. They wanted me to book them in (be without them) and charge me $50 if they again couldn’t find it. Under warranty too. Infuriating. Don’t waste your time.

Great customer service...everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and awesome. I loved the way everyone took genuine attention to explain things and teach me about my device. Extra special shout out to Lauren, however! Hands down, the best computer/iPhone related service I have encountered. Fair pricing.

The real shame is that you can’t do zero stars and highlight how useless they are. Don’t bother buying anything through these children as they will sell it before you get there. Even though you phone through and ask for an item to be put aside as you’ll be there in 40Minutes.

I would highly recommend this company. The young men and woman who helped me out were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and they helped me sort out the issues i had with transferring and old to new I phone.
