Got served by a young lady in the women's section with a english accent today who was quite rude. Otherwise, liked the range of clothing available. Will not be coming back this specific location due to the rudeness of this staff member

Busy store, busy staff and a massive queue for the change rooms...only one visit here and you will see why. The clothes fit, the clothes are comfortable and the clothes look good. They have everything here from tops and bottoms, shoes and socks, underwear and accessories, as well as fitness wear. It's all here and it's all cheap. A wonderful place to find clothes as long as you're happy to spend a few extra minutes lining up to try it on and to buy it...but I promise, it's worth the wait.

The store is good overall, but unfortunately, the male customer service assistant in the men's section was extremely rude to customers. On the other hand, the female staff were friendly and helpful. It is important for the male staff member to improve his communication and behavior towards customers in order to provide a better shopping experience.

Just an average H&M store, it’s ok but lags behind the GPO Melbourne store or the Chadstone store. As it’s overall a small store, the sales section is small, offerings and sizes are limited. A little disappointing that it doesn’t offer to validate your parking ticket for free/cheaper parking. If possible, you’re much better off going to H&M GPO store.

Docklands H&M is the epitome of what all H&M stores should look like. Such a clean bright store, everything easy to find. Was really welcoming. And the staff, Neve was an absolute doll. Really friendly and genuine to all the customers. I was really impressed

I found a couple of items which I wanted, but the staff member who served me at the till was incredibly rude. Her name was Lily.She asked if I wanted a bag, to which I said yes please. She didn’t give me a bag once I’ve paid so I requested one, she then responded “I literally just asked you twice.” This was a completely unnecessary, rude response. Even if she had asked me already she should not have given such an abrupt, rude response.Zero customer service skills.

Has a good selection of clothes for both men and women. Not particularly busy and pleasant staff.
