I was able to work well with the A-Plan kitchen designer to choose a design and products that fitted my budget. A-Plan took the stress out of negotiating with and scheduling all the subcontractors to efficiently re-model my kitchen. Great service afterwards too, tidying up a few loose-ends too.

A-Plan Kitchens and Bathrooms have been a pleasure to work with on our bathroom renovation. They have been professional, on time and on budget. The quality is excellent and we love the finished product!

Please avoid this unprofessional and overpriced company. We had our kitchen and bathroom renovated with A Plan and it dragged on for longer than 6 months and cost us much more than we first thought. In the end, we gave up chasing a final repair on our shower and got it fixed ourselves. There were hidden fees at every turn, some terrible tradespeople (absolute nightmare stories!!!) and awfully rude office staff.

A-Plan renovated our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. From our initial approach in the showroom the service we have received has been excellent.We met with our designer who made time to get to know us, listened to us and made sensible suggestions to match our budget. The plans were detailed and A-Plan were experienced in dealing with Strata management. We were provided with a detailed schedule of works and a project manager. At every stage, A-Plan has looked after us and our project, which came in on time and on budget. The quality of the work is excellent and the whole experience has been very positive.Thanks to all the A-Plan team who worked on our project.Highly recommended.

The team at A-Plan make choosing a kitchen really easy. From start to finish they deliver on support, value and quality. Whether it is your first, fifth or hundredth kitchen you will enjoy the process and the result. We have been happy with two kitchens and a laundry and have often recommended friends and family see A-Plan for their renovations or new builds.

A very bad experience and regretted going through with this organisation. Communication was poor. Paid the full $18k and felt the job was unfinished. They said this was not part of the contract. Can’t imagine that being the so called “expert”, wouldn’t one give advise how a kitchen would look in your design. We have to complete the rest of the job ourselves

Aplan kitchens were excellent in all aspects of assisting with a design that would work for us, building and installing our fabulous new kitchen. All co-ordination of trades was taken care of and after 5/52 we were in. Highly recommend.Cherie & Kate

A-Plan were great to deal with from our first meeting with Laura in the Camperdown showroom, the install from Tony who was patient and detailed as well as the communication from Belinda along the way. It was an easy experience in amongst the chaos of a renovation and I would definitely use them again. The end result was fantastic as well so thanks to everyone at A-Plan.

Cabinetry not what I asked for - they lost the plans I had agreed to; space for the stove too small so the drawers scrape; above head doors do not stay up; vents not installed for the wall oven as prescibed; space for the washing machine too small; the new owner broke the contract and didnt complete the $100000 + works; and won't come to fix the problems.

Amazing start to finish - kitchen, laundry and cabinetry under TV - super patient through the design stages provided great suggestions whilst assisting us to realise our perfect design. Efficient installation around unorganised builders. Delighted with the finish and functionality. All topped off with amazing after installation service, including fixing cabinetry, door after daughter had pulled it off.Thank you Claudia, Belinda and Esteban
