Appalling service and badly designed products with NO support.Bought a dog collar which started to come apart straight away. Took it back less than 24 hours after purchasing and was rudely told by the business owner that it had clearly been chewed by a dog (really hard to do when the dog is wearing it). This was 100% made up and incorrect.I offered to buy a more expensive collar (plus other items I wanted) but was refused the refund/upgrade.The owner was combative and argumentative from the start. Told me I shouldn't have bought the product to which I said he shouldn't be selling it if it was of such poor quality.My dogs scratches - as all dogs do - and the weave of the collar started coming apart straight away. I was horrified as my dogs claws could have easily become entangled in the loops that were coming apart.They have a bad reputation and even had to move locations due to poor practices and animal abuse and now I can see the attitude hasn't changed.AVOID at ALL costs.Spend your money anywhere else than here.

Sold the shop some pups $1700 below price at 800, he resold for 1800 and never done transfer papers, all dogs still in my name, serval pounds calling me, I had to find one of the owners after paying to release his dog at $307, young fella reimbursed me, meanwhile Darren threatening to charge me for collecting the dog that was left in my name, had a lovely voice mail from him, so, No purebred Rottweilers will go to that store again! And police and local council have been informed

Very friendly and helpful staff, good range of fish most of the time

I travel up from Albury to visit Bob's as it's the best place to get fish and fish supplies in the area. Recently, I bought 2 fancy oranda for my 5ft tank and they are absolutely gorgeous. Lovely colour, well fed and very healthy. It's really nice to see the betta fish in filtered, heated tanks instead of tiny cups, too.

Awesome place to shop for all your pets, we have several.

The inside feels like a jungle, highly unexpected. It's big. Items are more pricey than the franchise pet stores but there are unusual toy items I haven't seen. I assume if you need aquarium and bird supplies this is the place to go.

⭐️FIVE STAR RATTING⭐️Got two lovely female mice a month ago they are so lovely, although taking a while to get adjusted to there new home, they are amazing. Mouse food from there is also amazing, I highly recommend the Rodent origins made by VETAFARM. My only problem with Bob birds and pets is that they were extremely busy and took a long time just to pick up two mice. They also have an amazing Selection of dog breeds, if your looking for a hypoallergenic dog breed ring up and ask!

Purchased a large snail thinking they were a simple ordeal. The staff there however were very knowledgeable and helped my understand what I would need to ensure it would survive in my tank. A1 customer service with staff who are more than happy to go the extra mile.
