We recently had a new oven installed by Alpha appliances. The technician mistakenly tried to also install a rangehood.That same day the power tripped causing a power outage in the house.I rang Alpha appliances and spoke to Alex, who took no responsibility for the situation they had created. He was rude, unprofessional, yelling and talking over me. I asked him to lower his voice but he continued talking over me. I had to end the call as this man was unreasonable and not capable of conducting a conversation.I would not recommend this company, very poor customer service.

RUDE customer service over the phone,No Show up.Unfortunately i have to deal with this company when renting, as Real State booked them for dryer and cook top to be fixed.First contact, they don't ask you when you are available, they just tell you the day and time they can come. Booked for Wednesday between 10am-12pm to have a dryer to be fixed. They were almost 2 hours late, checked for 3 minutes and left without fixing and need to book for another day. Second time late again and dryer fixed" . After a week dryer stopped to work and they came again

My real estate organised for a washing machine repair through this company. The technician was very efficient and fixed it right away! great service !

As a tenant, I've had Alpha Home Appliances contracted twice to replace the oven and the dishwasher. On both occasions the staff were on time, quick and friendly.

Evasive explanations and dishonest charging for work not carried out.Dishwasher leak that was attended by Alpha Home Appliances at the direction of my property manager.Following the repair I received an invoice for payment which did not have a description of the cause of the leak but showed only parts used (A Drain Pump, Drain Hose and a charge for the rewiring of electrical connectors). This led me to contact them directly and request the reason for the pump change, did they test it, why they had changed the Drain hose and rewire the pump connectors?The answers to my questions were vague and evasive. This made me suspicious and so I removed the side panel of the dishwasher and found that the Drain pump was not replaced and there was no evidence of any rewiring to the pump connectors or evidence of a water leak or staining to the internal pump/equipment area of the dishwasher.I believe the leak was due to a faulty washer on the inlet hose.The only item replaced was the Drain Hose. They did not change the Drain Pump or rewire the connectors as detailed in their invoice.I requested an on site meeting with the owner of Alpha Home Appliances to show him that the original pump was still in my dishwasher and no rewiring occurred. He declined the meeting, made a statement that they fixed the leak and he would not want to waste any time with an owner who is not a specialist repairer.Bye the way, I have 40+ years maintenance engineering experience and know what I am doing and what I am looking at. Instead they made an almost immediate decision to waive the invoice charge completely.If I was accused of charging for parts that were not fitted I would be defending myself at all costs to defend my reputation.This company was not happy to charge a service fee plus any parts used but rather took advantage of the owner not being present and charged for work not carried out.This behaviour is unacceptable and a fraud.I am confident of what I found, the original pump (cobwebs attached and age related marks to confirm) was still in my dishwasher and that is why they refused an on site meeting. I cannot recommend this repair company due to dishonest behaviour as outlined above and a lack of integrity in their dealings with owners and property managers who employ them on behalf of their landlords.If negative stars ratings were available, I would give a minus rating.They do not deserve any positive rating, not even a 1 star.

We had our dishwasher scheduled for repair. They sent their technicians" over to fix it multiple Times

The service men were very good and did a great job. Communication with the main office and being updated on progress is extremely poor. They would call 3 times in a row when you don’t answer because you’re busy, then not answer when you call back expecting you to hold for long periods of time which is very frustrating. Their operations need a serious overhaul.

I recently used this company and I received what I thought was poor service. I called the company and spoke to the Manager to try to understand the situation. I found him to be very unprofessional. He did not listen to me. He talked over me. He raised his voice. I eventually had to end the call as I felt I was not being listened to. I would not recommend this company.

A technical from Alpha Home Appliances came out to my place to service my washing machine, The technician was on time, very professional and fixed it with no problems. The office and receptionist was super helpful in setting up the appointment to suit my busy work schedule. 10/10!
