Great grilled burger. Really nice iced coffee. No skimping on sizes. Staff engaged with me at a personal level. They worked as a team. Fast service whilst discussing my tastes re my order. Priced well. I got my money's worth. Very happy. Come again for sure. Find em upstairs in the food court of Canelands.

I have been having the Veggie Bake from both stores for 18 months now. Today, the guy slopped it in and it wasn't full. I asked for just the bit of carrot and pumpkin he'd put back. A woman comes over, squashes it down, says it a serve. I walked away. I wasn't going to argue with someone who is that rude, sloppy with food and an attitude a mile wide. Very, very disappointing. Coffee Club were more than welcome to my business instead.

I was online checking out my friends mum’s store with around 5 stars and someone sent a complaint which sounded dumb, they said the things were falling out the sandwich!? How? Like how did they hold a sandwich! It’s not going to just slip out? And then they said this store was the greater one. Lies won’t get this store anywhere.

Young inexperienced service, attended today and wasn’t offered butter on my sandwich or salt and pepper so much apple sauce on my sandwich it was soggy by the time I sat down a minute later. The girl who served me clearly displayed she didn’t want to be there.

Tried the Oreo and strawberry waffle bowl. Really cool concept but would’ve liked it if the waffle was more crispy and warm. Quite overpriced for what I got.

Went to the pumpt carvery at canelands the other day, two beautiful chickens sitting in the bain-marie, I asked politely for a chicken dinner and she said of course not only that I asked for a leg she said no worries in a happy manner. But then she took both chickens on a tray out the back to supposedly cut them up, she returned 5 minutes later to tell me there were no chickens and abruptly said my choices were beef or pork with no explanation on what happened to the chickens. Bizarre and rude women. Quite sure it was the one with colourful hair.

My pulled pork hickory burger was good and the sweet potato fries were excellent. The 2 girls who served us on the Monday at 11am were friendly and prepared our food promptly. Thanks

Disappointed, my roast roll was bad and bad quality beef, unfortunately i didn’t take a picture cause i threw everything and 20$ btw

Had to wait ages (with 8 month old baby in my arms) to get served then when I was served I asked for fresh chips with my meal. The server wasn't very friendly, actually ignored me when I waiting, terrible communication. She made my sandwich, way too much pepper then went and put chips on. So I waited about half an hour for sandwich and chips. Never going to this one again, the Mt pleasant shop have better staff who actually cut the meat well too instead of big slabs that are hard to eat.
