Have rented through Prestige for about 9 months now. They have been friendly, helpful and attended to maintenance requests quickly.

Highly recommend Prestige Property Management.I am more than comfortable having the Prestige Property Management team take care of my investment property. As a landlord it has been hassle free as Prestige know what they are doing and do it very well. In my experience Prestige has always gone above and beyond what I would expect, which from what I've heard via word of mouth is a common experience for landlords.

the worst property agents in Australia!!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for just over a year now. Whilst I never ended up going ahead with getting Prestige Property Management (PPM) to manage my place, I did find the company to be an exceptional business. I also believe that because of Jackie Blom being a firm but fair property manager (who knows best for the owners and their tenants), prestige to me is considered a top notch agency for any one seeking to find a quality property manager. Also while I cannot speak for tenants, the way I understand PPM manages properties in general is indeed “prestige”. Especially where they only take on what they can handle and say no to taking on more clients than time allows them to.The following is some information that I had learned about Prestige. In the past whilst I had been inspecting properties for sale. I had inspected properties had been previously listed for rent and managed by PPM and properties previously rented properties by other agencies.Of all of the properties I had inspected, all the properties previously managed for rent by agents that were not part of PPM those properties had more issues than the ones previously managed by Prestige. In fact of those properties I had learned that PPM managed those such properties had all been kept well maintained to a high standard, as opposed to only some of the properties for sale and previously managed by other agencies not PPM.In my experience I also found the age of properties didn’t matter. For example one unit that had been managed by PPM was built in 1986. It had very few defects and was in surprisingly quite good condition for its age. When I thought one place had been recently completely renovated, I was told no the place was just well kept with regular inspections. Yes there were a few modern updates made to the property but the bulk of the place including carpet had been there for like 20 plus years. It had very little wear and tear.As such I believe the above could only be found true because of Prestige’s well communicated (regular and detailed photographic) inspection reports. Such reports kept owners happy and thus take pride of their investment, which in turn equaled a good return on investment when they went to sell.So if you are looking for a property manager who cares for your property as if it were their own then don’t go anywhere else before first seeing Prestige Property Management to see if they’ve got time and the capacity to assist you.

The Prestige team walk the middle ground with tenants and landlords. A very professional organisation.

We have rented our property with Prestige for about 18 months now. Jackie and her team are great - communication is easy and consistent and they are hassle free. Rental income magically turns up in our account without ever having to chase them down and invoices/statements are sent on the same days each month. Easy to trust them looking after our property for us, they make sure the home is looked after as if they owned it.Thanks Prestige!
