I joined Nell’s mum’s and bubs yoga class. Nell is a kind and professional instructor who puts together a great flow to allow mums to experience the yoga benefits, while interacting with baby. Nell creates an accepting and positive space for all.

I joined Nell's class for the first time today and loved it. She is a fantastic teacher; both engaging and encouraging. During the lesson we did a range of poses, including some that focus on strengthening our pelvic floor and our wrists, all the while interacting with our babies. I'll definitely be signing up for her classes and would recommend them to any new mum!

We love Nell's mums and bubs yoga class. Gives me a chance to breathe and stretch in an environment completely free of judgment or stress. And my bub loves the songs and movements too. Highly recommend

Nell creates such a welcoming environment for mums and bubs yoga, it’s become a weekly highlight. Couldn’t recommend her classes highly enough - a perfect mix of yoga, breath work and baby interaction. It also doesn’t hurt that Nell is a baby whisperer and will offer to nurse your baby if they become a bit unsettled so you can get some more stretches in.

Nell is a wonderful yoga teacher in all aspects of one’s practice. She is very holistic in her approach to the mind, body and soul. I love Her weekly topics in which we have a focal point to meditate and reflect on.

Nell came to our Mother's group and we did 4 sessions to strengthen the pelvic floor and core. It has been amazing and fun to be able to do this activity outdoors with the babies in a very relaxed way. Totally recommend it!!

Nell is a truly inspiring yoga teacher - she is always warm and encouraging, and knows how to get the most from her students and classes. Each class features different moves, but includes traditional yoga poses and meditation at the end. Nell creates a lovely environment every time.

Nell's passion for yoga is contagious. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Yoga by Nell. Her live-stream classes focused on core strength, breathing, stretching, and were a comprehensive overview of the principles of yoga. Nell's level of instruction was excellent and easy to follow and I was able to flow through the poses with ease. I look forward to joining Nell for her live-studio classes.
