Hollywood Nails In Gawler

Worst experience I have ever had!!!! Ladies are rude!!! I complained but she didn’t care!!! Couldn’t even understand me.. Rude Rude Rude!!! Avoid ladies

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible rushed experience, shellac was lumpy and uneven, the lady i had was angry and kept pulling at my hands . Definitely avoid if possible

I have the most beautiful nails thanks to Hollywood Nails .The staff are absolutely wonderful, always friendly and dedicated to their craft. Also always accommodating to their clients.Have had nails at other salons but now every 3weeks I have my appointments set. wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my 84 year old mother for filing and paint. The shop girl couldn't be bothered. We left with uneven nails and a poor, marked paint job. Very disappointed

I’ve never had a bad experiences with Hollywood nails, but this time was a bit different. My nails were rushed and I did not get what I wanted. I have had my nails for a week and the polish is off. There was still a gap between the acrylic itself and my natural nail after getting a refill. Like I said, usually great service, but not this time.

it was obvious i was last customer of day at 6:45pm.Rushed job, didnt get what i asked for, cuticles were all cut (well 6 fingers) and forgot the bonding liquid, but just dabbed on more acrylic when other acrylic was coming off with filing.Wont be back

Very rushed did not feel pampered at all. Won't be going back

i went to get just black shellac on my nails. they had to remove my normal nail polish first however they did not do this properly and i had black left in my cuticles from the removal of my previous nail polish. when she was buffing out my nails with a tool she made my finger bleed and continued to use the tool on my hand and other utensils which looked as though they don’t get cleaned after every person (very unhygienic) she began painting them black but i saw she wasn’t going to the edges so i politely asked “could you please go to the ended on the next coat” she seems quite frustrated and got a bit argumentative saying it would happen on the next round. after that i was a bit too nervous to say anything but she ended up leaving shellac all around my fingers and not going completely to the cuticle.
