I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to a closed sign, I waited into my appointment only for the place to remain shut.Eventually causing my to have an anxiety attack and retreat, I called to explain my situation and ponder why it was still closed.I was told it should have walked in, when I explained why I wouldn't walk into a building I didn't know with a sign telling me not to I was belittled by the reception feeling scared and now insecure I cancelled my upcoming appointments.Having already waited about 3 month for these appointments in the first place my family thought it would be best I try again to make another appointment, out of fear I had to ask my father to for me only for him to also be belittled and refused an appointment despite this being the only doctors referral I have.Overall I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and un empathetic approach displayed by this establishment and its staff, this is a low point in my life and I had alot of hope to move forward however because of their actions today I am now further back then I was yesterday.My advice to anyone who needs an empathetic approach try somewhere else, I'm wishing more then anything I had.

We had a really positive experience with David. He made a good effort to develop rapport, and was a great listener who gave us some solid advice in an honest and kind way.

Got a response from owner but still never saw the email that answered my question until the owner responded with a link to that answer so cheers.

Can't thank them enough
