There were young girls working more interested in chatting to each other/picking each other's faces and quality control needs attention.The serviettes were used to wipe the server's hand before being put into the bag.For a small meal just under $23, I would hate to see the price of the large.Sauce in the wrap as per the menu would have been nice.Sweet potato chips were good.

Was there on Friday evening. The person who took my order was polite and friendly, but unfortunately, I couldn't say the same for the person who handed me my completed order. No smile, no thank you, no napkin; just a look of complete disinterest on her face that indicated she would have rather been anywhere else but there.

Shocking how Schnitz has gone down hill. I'd accepted the smaller portion given for a chicken wrap since inflation and chanced a Spice of Life. While the chicken was a little overcooked, the wrap was missing the pickled chilli, jalapenos, cucumber and sauteed peppers despite the order number being correct. Just wouldn't recommend them anymore for their price and what they offer now. Update: You know your service is s*it when you have to bury genuine reviews with fake 5 star responses. Not even the stones to address the issues.

The wait time is ridiculous and over the past few months the teeny-weeny pack is less and less chicken, and the chips can just about be counted. I think I'll go back to buying cheese burger meals from maccas.

Asked for the sweet chilli mayonnaise which comes in the burger to be left to the side and was charged a fee? May as well have left it in the burger!!Questioned them about it and was dismissed, just young kids working there that don’t care about customer service. Not to mention there was a hair in the bag our food came in. Wouldn’t recommend this Schnitz store
