We went to Kmart today to buy some things for our new house. My mum and I were treated so poorly by the lady at the checkout, she was extremely rude and aggressive. We will go to a different kmart from now on.

Really love this kmart! There is so much stock of everything available and this makes its so much easier to shop in.The actual layout of the kmart appears to be very different to your traditional kmarts, making it challenging to adjust to when you first walk in. However, the staff are very friendly and as a result there is no way you could ever get lost and or confused as to the location of any items.The store itself is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. This however may be because of the fact that it is still relatively new.Like all kmarts you will always manage to find something you will walk away with.It was an amazing experience and will be returning.

I have never been able to get through to kmart doncaster on the phone. Seems like they don't even attempt to answer their lines. Poor service, lazy staff that sound robotic and don't even want to be there.

Very happy with my shopping experience at Kmart Doncaster today. All the staffs were very lovely and helpful especially Tayla who was minding the front entrance. I wanted an item that was out of stock but there was a display available and she went above and beyond to help me get it. Thanks again for making my day. Happy customer :)
