Tyrepower Armidale

Originally went in and ordered a replacement tyre for one of my vehicles. A week later, decided to go in for 4 new tyres for my other car. The owner, looked at the tyres 3 times- taking over 40 minutes to order them. Followed up with them 2 weeks later then another 2 weeks later for them to blame another locally run company for not having them delivered yet. Gave them another 2 weeks before I had to call them again. They told me my tyres were there. Re arranged everything to put the vehicle in. I was then called at 4pm to say it wasn't done. When I went in turns out the wrong sized tyres were ordered and that they were there when I had called 4 weeks earlier. I had 2 weeks till rego and my tyres were probably illegal by this point. Went to mycar instead. Tyres in within 2 days. Brilliant service at Mycar and nothing was a problemOwner incompetent, would expect he would know tyres right? - liars and poor, slow service. Go anywhere else!

Simply the bestDavid and Daniel provide fantastic customer service and are so helpful. I got a good deal on 4 new tyres in February, and they offered to store 2 of these until they were really needed. Thank you, guys. Always a pleasure doing business with you.

Had just a tyre rotation and a wheel alignment on my VW Touareg. I honestly can’t fault the boys there they knew what they where talking about and did it well 10 out of ten for them. I would go there again without hesitation

Unfortunately not very helpful or honest. Got a tyre tread that I didn't expect. Kept talking about giving me a discount when I went to pay, even though it was the price I was quoted. Driving back home I discovered the rear camera bit on tyre cover was damaged and wouldn't fit back together.

Good staff, helpful and quick service. Willing to help you out trouble. Worth giving them a go.
