If I could give 6 stars I would. One stop shop with all the gear and experience, Jake is extremely knowledgable allowing him to provide great recommendations. The service received is second to none.

I did a pre order on a eadar session 71 inch. Their supplier was hopeless however the staff kept me well informed and offered a full refund however due to their communication I decided to hang in there. I received it today and I cannot be happier.

My son has been waiting five weeks for a water-ski to be delivered. No one is answering the phone or emails. Went to the shop today 13.12.22 and it's all shut up and 99% of the stock is gone! Beware!

Ordered a bunch of stuff, including a ski and bindings for my daughter's birthday, I truly thought ordering two months before would be plenty of time. Not only was the order late by weeks, it arrived missing the ARTP and a wakeskate. The wakeskate arrived more than a month after ordering it and is scratched and the incorrect size. I have tried contacting several times, no reply. No tracking number sent out or any information. Terrible customer service, terrible quality, decent pricing but I guess you get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs.Store has contacted me and told me a new wakeskate and correct ARTP will be sent, still not received at this point.Received correct wakeskate and ARTP finally. Nice to have issue sorted. Ordered late July issues sorted late Sept.

WSC Brisbane, Initial service was great, they were super helpful until they got paid then the service stopped. They sent my ski up to me with cross threaded rear plate screws. I then had to pay the freight to get the ski back to them (not reimbursed) and hound them to do anything about it. It took them over a month to do anything about it and only after I lost my cool over the phone. Then instead of replacing the ski they sent the original back with the old striped head screws and a thread clean. This is not good enough for a brand new product. I would avoid shopping at this store.

Straight up buying online can be a worry whether the order is the right choice, fit or if it turns up. But trust me these guys are the real deal! Jake is a genius, and has a wealth of knowledge like no one l've ever spoken to. In a brief conversation he has you completely sorted and his passion for customer satisfaction is second to none.Best prices, best service, best knowledge in the industry that I've ever come across.
