They came to do a gas/electricity safety check and decided to change the front light cover and stole my Phillips Smart Light globe and swapped it out with a cheap globe without telling me. Now they are of course not contactable.

Disgraceful service, no communication, outsource work to incompetent fools.Lying to ensure you are exonerated gets you nowhereStand by your word and do not lie especially when ripping off people and government when works involve public owned properties.Shame on you all.

The old if I could give them zero stars I would. The dinosaur behind the beaten up van does not know how to follow road rules. Pretty poor considering your business is printed all over your bomb of a van. Didn't give way at a roundabout and failed to drive within 20 km/h of the speed limit. Then proceeded to wave his hand and flip me off. Poor bloke looks like he needs to retire and hand his driver's licence in as he's a hazard to the community. Best of luck boomer. Wouldn't recommend business based on that interact. Probably still uses a flip phone.

LAZY late and liars. Call the office to get workers managed but the office is as bad as their contractors. Avoid like the plague.

Electrical guys came to check smoke alarms etc and ended up spending time fixing and making safe my fuse box.I had to always turn it off when I went out for safely sake. Now I can use my freezer for the first time in 2.5 years ! Thank you.

I've literally never had a worse experience. They don't deserve even one star, but I think it needs to be known how awful they are.A younger tan man was extremely rude to my disabled mother, and they left without finishing the work. When I tried to explain my mother is disabled, he tried to shut me up. They had two jobs, and only did one.

Valley Maintenance Service was paid to maintain my property. Failed to do so along with providing a deplorable service THEIR employers STOLE my belongings including couch furniture , NEW UNDERWEAR, perishable food and legal documents! Along with their disgusting employers when told to return the keys they placed the key to MY HOME in my letter box, on the front foot path leading to my property and in my backyard! Do NOT TRUST this company! If you hire them you are certainly putting your own safety and personal privacy at risk!Valley Maintenance, SHAME ON YOU!P.s I had to click on 1 star to be able to post this review, but they clearly don’t deserve any stars and infact should be taken to court for their horrible service and conduct!

The worst public housing maintenance service team. They don't know what priority jobs are. Homes these days are better off built with Lego blocks.I'm wondering if they drug test their tradesman. They always seem to be obnoxious

Appalling service. Subcontractors damaged my property. Valley Maintenance do not take responsibility for such occurrences. They actually lie in response to get out of paying compensation. So I have to take them to court. Also I question the integrity of contractors who come into your home. They wander around your house without you knowing. Very unsettling. Do not trust these incompetent contractors. For the record, it does not matter where you live. All people should be treated the same regardless of socio economic circumstances.

I didn't even use this service but witnessed the driver behind this branded vehicle driving aggressively and dangerously up Albert road in Preston/Reservoir (today, 30th May at 3:40). He first came to my attention when I heard someone scream the F word out of anger and turned to my left to see this man going off his head in his drivers seat as we waited at traffic lights (both of our windows were up so for me to hear him clearly and over my music playing he obviously screamed at the top of his lungs), I then held back and watched as I didn't want to get hit by him weaving out of cars, tailgating within less than a meter and nearly going up the back of 3 different cars in his aggression. Given I was only a bystander but am still making a review of him obviously states how bad it was... We even drove through a school zone and his erotic driving didn't hesitate, causing the crossing lady to stare in disbelief as he drove past. Absolutely disgusting with no respect for his duty of care on our roads.Given the other two bad reviews of this service his driving is obviously a credit to his attitude.
