It was Michael's second day on the job and he was doing great. He was polite and thanked us for our patience and put our purchase through smoothly.

Had the best service on Saturday from Tom. Was very informative and didn't piss in our pockets.Great wealth of knowledge and awesome customer service.Will be back.

Very disappointing that 4wd supercentre are selling faulty blue solar controllers that are killing batteries. They know they are faulty. The manager said that they have been recalled. I have 7 of these controllers. I attempt to return the 2 that were unopened for a refund. They refused stating it is too late for change of mind. So have they been recalled or not??? The other 5 I have are out of warranty. Why would I put these 2 unopened ones anywhere near a battery again. What so I can kill more batteries and loose more money. So what do I have to open them and use them.and kill yet another battery before I can get a refund. What a joke. Won't be purchasing form kings again. Kickass only in future. Spent ove 5k with kings. You have lost a customer over 100 bucks.....will be checking my options with department of fair trade and for tehe 2 batterys hat has been killed. You can find reviews on you tube about these faulty controllers. My advice is take your hard earned money and run far far away from kings.

Love this place, with all my camping I'd think I had everything. But they keep coming out with cool things like a 12v oven.... such a must lolStaff are great and shop is always easy to navigate.Only negative is the access as its a bit quirky and you either miss the turn into the side road or drive past and its painful to get back. Easier to pull up past and walk back.

Went in to see if I could get a replacement SUP fin as mine broke (unsure as to how). I was happily greeted and the man went straight out the back and gave me a brand new but demo fin as they didn’t have any in stock. Service was great and super friendly!

So busy but staff are able to handle without too much stress. Good variety of goods on show.

Had a problem with a custom power box build and Bailey was an absolute legend! Didn't have to help us out but he looked over the box, diagnosed the problem and provided a fix. So helpful and totally above and beyond. 5 star service and a credit to the team there.

A huge range of products, built to price but perfect for someone with limited funds and just getting ready for trip.Most are pretty decent quality and do thier job.Not had much luck with the folding solar panels, very low output for rating and geneonot worth the effort.Staff at Heatherbrae are helpful and friendly.

Very poor customer service. On hold 3 times for well over an hour before getting through to customer service. Bought 2 faulty product but told instead of being able to take them back I would be required to go online fill in a claim’s assessment before returning product. I try to log claim but photo’s won’t load. So I buy items there faulty and I have to fill in a form wait to see if they approve it. Sent claims for through and continually asked for more information. I have always seem to have issues with faulty items with Kings customer service centre.In response to your reply I did contact the email address you provided nearly a week ago, with no reply. Your process are faulty and very directed to only servicing Kings, not the customer.

Excellent service - friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help with whatever you need and to get you a good deal! We turned up with a broken awning which they replaced on the warranty with no fuss when we were expecting to buy a new one. Really brilliant - thanks so much We have experienced great service at every store so far on our road trip.
