This shop is absolutely wonderful. I am not even a gamer but I went with friends. I still ended up buying some things for my work as a teacher. The owner is lovely. Very easy to talk to, very friendly, and has created a comfortable space where there were many avid gamers playing together. He clearly makes customers feel welcome and like they can be themselves. Also a great range of products. I wish the owner all the best with their business and admire their talent for customer service!

As a semi-unprofessional TCG player returning after a long hiatus, I was greeted with open arms and all my questions answered the person who answered the phone was very polite and the same treatment in store salubrious environment.
