I have just had Tile Right fully renovate two aging bathrooms in my apartment with stunning results. Originally it was planned to do both bathroom one after the other over 6-8 weeks but due to an unexpected business trip Rod was extremely accommodating in renovating both bathrooms in the 3 weeks I was away. Based on my own personal experience I have no hesitation in recommending Tile Right to others.

Arrange for the tiler to start on the agreed date and took time off work For them to start . They never turned up and tried to take a deposit through internet banking before starting . Rob text me to try make payment without even given me any signed contract , the job was over $5500. I text Him to print out the paper work and to bring it with him so I could sign it and than pay the deposit but he than sent a text back saying he was unable to do the job .This guy is dodgy and doesn’t do anything by QBBC Licensing and he wasted my time specially when I took time off work for him to start . He never returned any phone calls.Be very Careful of this guy he is not who he saids he is , he doesn’t care about wasting peoples time . He is Con artist .

Rodney and his team were very polite and professional. The prices were affordable and the job carried out by his team was done very quickly. Rodney and his team all paid close attention to detail to insure the best service. When the job was complete they cleaned up and left the place cleaner than it was before. Very happy.

Rodney is the guy for your tiling job! Great on price and quick on response. Highly recommend him and his team when it comes to bathroom tiling. So if you are in Brisbane, give him a call.

Very happy with the service from Tile Right and their team of professionals. New tiles throughout the house including kitchen, bathroom laundry. Punctual, precise, attention to detail from every member of their staff. Would highly recommend this team. The house was spotless when I got home and the house looks incredible. Big thanks to all the guys that were involved.On a side note, after grouting, one of the installers pointed out the tiniest chip in the corner of one of the tiles which was over looked. I was not fussed in the slightest at such a minor imperfection but the team insisted that they would not let it go. The tile was removed and replaced without any fuss from the installers, and the floors left looking great! Thank you!!!

We had Tile right come in to replace a couple of tiles around the house not a big job (5 tiles), but it was a horrible job and the service received was terrible. From the start when the tiler turned up he didn’t bring any tiling glue, so he had to go back to the shop to pick some up almost 2 hours later he returned (we were charged for the 2 hours that it took for him to get the glue). The tiler who came out couldn’t cut a straight line so we now have a couple of the 5 tiles that aren’t cut straight, we were lucky and our builder could hide a couple these but to have a tiler that can’t cut a tile straight is a little ridicules. The tiler actually even chipped a tile next to the one he was to replace so we had to get him back replace the tile he chipped. Long story short to replace the 5 tiles plus the 1 he chipped it took just over 2 days and 8 hours, and 10 tiles that we supplied.Do yourself a favor and just lay the tiles yourself it would probably be a better job than the one we received

I have used Tile right on many of my projects, Rodney is always Punctual always courteous and has a very high standard of work.

Rodney & Matt looked after my ensuite water proofing issues, retiling etc. They are very professional, have attention to detail and are very tidy. Its hard to get good tradies at the moment, but these blokes, I think, were worth the wait! Cheers, *work done in May - June 2022, sorry it took awhike to work out these reviews..
