System is really easy to use. We use it at our basketball club and really like it.

Not at all a good system for cricket considering it replaced a system that wasn't broken in the first place. Functionality is limited, it has been buggy and on top of all that we had to pay extra for it. Shouldn't have been rolled out this cricket season, it simply wasn't ready.How hard is it to get some basic statisitics rolled out and working?Someone must have got a decent kickback out of this to help sign up sports like cricket and netball because this software isn't really anything special or innovative and currently pretty poorly executed.

Prove this to me!Outside of PlayHQ in the Real World, TV revenue is up and TV deals and Advertising are more lucrative than ever before, so that makes PlayHQ website rhetoric absolutely meaningless and in my opinion Pure BS!Where will the next David Warner come from living in a housing commission home? Who can’t afford to pay these unfair charges just to play sport. Shame on CA!!This could be the death of youth club sports, ridiculously high costs will put off parents of potential Aussie players of the future. PlayHQ is just a thinly veiled CASH COW for the CEO and CA who are clearly putting profit ahead of clubs and players future and the fitness of the future youth.Instead of using the perfectly designed MYCricket which was FREE, we are now forced to pay for a product that does not work.Seriously Zero effort went into the design of this inept product.

Used Playhq to take registrations and payments at our netball club this year. Was really easy. Everyone registered before the season and easy to follow along during the season

Cannot give no stars so it gets one. Disgraceful replacement of MyCricket. This platform is a total write off.

No good, has replaced MyCricket for all community clubs this year and the functionality is terrible. I can't believe a massive organisation like Cricket Australia has changed to a product without a mobile app or mobile optimised site

They have no contact details. How do they store all your personal information they require? Where is it stored? For how long? They say they’ll store it for however long they require. How long is that for? While they keep making money off your personal information? One of the countries they work out of is currently being invaded. PlayHQ cannot be contacted about any of this because they are uncontactable. Oh, and they share your personal information they collect about you, which includes name, number, address, Medicare details, etc, to other businesses and they may not always follow Australian privacy laws. I won’t be signing my children up to sporting clubs that use PlayHQ that’s for sure.

It's a disgrace that all players have been forced into using this system. The cost of registration makes it harder to get players (this goes for football and cricket) and it's obvious that they rushed into using this system before it was properly tested. To put it bluntly, it is broken. Obviously some palms were greased amongst the AFL and CA. 0 stars.

This is quite possibly the worst website I've ever had to deal with. It seems to actively avoid you being able to contact them when you have problems, and due to the pathetic design of the site, you are very likely to need to contact them.

What a hopeless product for cricket scoring. It's great for registration because that's where the money is. You wouldn't want to stuff that up. Were there experts involved in setting up the scoring system for cricket? Did anyone look at the scoring system on MyCricket and think Gee
