Have not used the company for their products however had a very unpleasant experience with one of their delivery drivers (1TM8DL) illegally blocking the footpath on 1 Aug 2022 at 12.30pm. Instead of acknowledging that he did the wrong thing, I was spoken to in a very rude manner. There were plenty of car parks available right in front of their delivery destination but he chose not to park his van properly. He could have perhaps even offered to move my double pram with two toddlers in it but offered no apology. I rang the company and did speak to a lady who was apologetic and said she would pass on my feedback.

My wife and I went in to look at some eco reusable nappies for our toddler. Kim was really helpful and put together an affordable package that she tailored to our needs. I wasn't expecting that level of service when it came to nappies but I guess that's the advantage of going to a specialist!

I went there to inquire regarding continence pads for an elderly gentleman. The sales person took time to explain the different type and he gave me a free sample to check it out as we were using a different and more expensive brand. The sample he gave us suited better.

I regularly purchase from this business. My son is disabled. At all times I have been assisted by a lovely girl by the name of Nicole. She has always went above & beyond to supply my sons needs. Any issues she has fixed immediately upon me bringing them to her attention. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing to purchase supplies for their individual or business requirements.
