I thoroughly recommend this team. In the first instance, I was selling an investment property. I had no idea how to navigate all the amendments that the buyers were asking for in the contract. Mijung was wonderful and patiently talked me through it. I then needed to transfer ownership of my former home to my ex, which was done without issue. I have been so delighted by their service that I have asked them to handle the purchase of my new home. They have been so kind and helpful with their time. You will never be disappointed, they go above and beyond.

We have recently completed settlement on our new home and couldn’t have done it without the hard work of the K&T Legal team. Mijung and the team keep us well informed and up to date on what had to be done to get this over the line. Mijung was able to answer all our questions and concerns, including a few curve balls that came our way. This gave us confidence that we would be able to complete our settlement for our first home.
