I don’t normally do reviews but in this case I think it is important to share my experiences with freedom energy.I was very hesitant about getting solar installed as I have heard and come across some cowboys that try and sell you anything.I come across freedom energy and what sold it to me is that they are local and had been around for while, not like these pop up ones. Steve was great to deal and so were there admin team.It was all done over the phone and every step they guided me through.After service has been great, which is really important and I have referred a handful of friends as my personal experience was good.My electricity bills have reduce substantially.I highly recommend Steve and Freedom energy.

My 6.6 kw solar panels system was installed in July 2020. By the time I got my 1st electricity bill in September 2020, I had managed to reduce my bill by $65. I was really impressed by this. When I got my 2nd electriity bill in December 2020, I did not have to pay anything at all. In fact, the energy company owed me $20 in credits instead!I also would like to compliment Freedom Energy for their prompt and excellent after-sales service. We experienced a leak this morning due to prolonged and heavy rainfall, since last night. Rainwater had seeped through a cracked roof tile and was dripping from our ceiling heating vent. I contacted Mr Osman Sulaiman regarding the above-mentioned problem. To my surprise, they had sent someone to my property 6-hours later to rectify the problem. I am most grateful for their service.

Customer service is not good at all. My Solar installation supposed to be completed by 15th Nov and after a month still not working. Called so many times and feedback from the company is just sorry i will come back to you" . they don't care of customers after the contract is signed.Since this issue was highlighted to Sean (M.D). He managed to resolve the issue and now my Solar system is all up and running. This goes for 4 Star now."

Really very good close loop coordination. Not a single loose thread during the whole process. From submitting application to government authorities till approval, Freedom Energy guided me very well by giving me phone and online support. After approval the actual work was also got done within a week. Freedom Energy also helped me to get approval from electrical network authorities behalf of us. Pretty much except submitting application online, I did not do anything and my solar system is up and running within a week.

I had the best service from Freedom Energy. Melissa was always helpful and gave me immediate response to any questions and being very patient to my inquiries.The Solar panel installation was finished within one day by qualified electricians. I had an issue whereby my solar panel switch in the electricity box kept on tripping causing the solar system not to operate. I called Freedom Energy to discuss the issue. They asked me to take notes when it would trip and take photos and submit to them via email. Initially I was concerned that the after service may not be as good as the installation of the solar panels. To my surprise the after service was very good and the tripping was rectified within a couple of week. Needed to replace the switch in the internal electricity box. Thanks Freedom.

Marcus was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. It made choosing a system much easier, as well as having peace of mind about the decision. It has put a huge dent in the power bills... and that was in winter. Looking forward to summer to see how it performs.The installation guys are A1.Totally worth the effort.Would recommend Freedom Energy to anyone looking at having a solar system installed.

Not worth the Hassle!Sean and his team installed solar on a house for me back in October 2020.They damaged quite a few sheets of iron while carting solar panels from one side of the roof to the other and a section of the roof had to be removed to lay the cable under, resulting in more damaged/ bent sheets.The roof leaked after the first rain and one of his contractors returned with a tube of silicon to try and fix the leaks.It’s now 6 months later, late April 2021 and the roof still leaks every time it rains.Sean has sent a few plumbers out to quote the job to fix it but still nothing has been done and winter is not far away.He screens his calls, rarely answers .Seems to be one excuse after another.

As my experience is exactly the same as Dale Richardson, so I copied and pasted their review with some adjustments.Sean and his team installed solar on a house for me back in March 2020.They damaged a few tiles when carting solar panels from one side of the roof to the other. The roof leaked after the first rain and one of his contractors returned with a tube of silicon to try and fix the leaks. He advised my wife that a proper roofer has to fix the issue. 11 months later, late April 2021 and the roof still leaked every time it rains.The staff at Freedom Energy were friendly, polite and understanding but nothing had moved until I decided to call (send email to) them every day. Finally a proper roofer came and claimed to fix the issues- that was a relief.

Thank you Steven and his team as they are easy to deal with. Made the whole process and installation a breeze. They assist you and answer any queries and concern. Professional to deal with as well. Highly recommended if you need a solar. Freedom Energy are straight forward and send you appropriate and legitimate quote. My whole family are jumping on board since they saw how quick and easy it was and it’s benefits. A+++
