Attentive and patience!I had an emergency early this year; some strange noise appearing in my right ear and started feeling pain, I rang the reception of Euroa Medical, the staff was very helpful and booked me in straightaway for an emergency appointment. As soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was well received by a pre-screen nurse with her warm smile on her face and she led me to a consultation room. She gently checked my both ears and found no foreign objects remaining alive in my ear. Thanks God, by this moment, I was no longer in pain, nether to hear any weird noises. Then Dr Jimmy came in and examined my both ears again with his hi-tech medical tools and confirmed there were signs of some insects in my right ear. So, the lovely nurse did some ear flush, and I was free to go home. What a great experience with the Euroa Medical team, the whole experience was handled efficiently with gentle approach and warmness. I truly appreciated all the staff members comforted my anxiousness when I made the initial contact and when I arrived at the clinic.

Took 6 months and multiple appointments of requesting to get my records transferred hereand promises it would be done before having a GP do the recpections job and explain the procedure and produce the forms for my medical history from another clinic. Dont expect any progressive help, and make sure you have done their job before them when you go to them.
