I visited today to remove my sns and get my nails manicured with normal nail polish. My nails were damaged from past shellac treatments (not at this salon) so decided I just wanted a manicure with normal polish as I didn't want further damage. While I was there 4 different ladies serviced me. Had to explain what I was getting done each time a different lady looked after me. I felt like they rushed and took shortcuts. My nails should of been soaked. The cuticles were not removed. I still had some bits of sns and polish stuck around my skin. The nail polish was not even and thick. Didn't look very professional. Could of done a better job polishing my own nails. Won't be going back there again.

It was the first time doing the pedi at this shop but I actually feel very disappointed. I told that lady that I only need my feet to be done, please don't worry about the cuticle and colouring, but the first thing she did was my toes I don't know why. And after 10 mins she said she's done! Then I had to ask her to remove the dead skin of my hails, and she only brushes for 1-2 mins and done! She charged me $28! I will never go to this shop again!

I just got a pedicure and manicure done here for the second or third time now & I would have to say that Michelle would have to be the best there!! I first got a lady who did my feet and it just didn’t feel right afterwards as in nail shape & as soon as I got to my seat ready for my manicure, Michelle could tell straight away that something was wrong as I kept looking at my feet. As soon as she finished my manicure which was just AMAZING, she decided to re do my pedicure free of charge!!! Which was a shock because i did not expect that!! Being a manager myself, she definetly reads her customers very well! If you ever visit this nail salon I recommend any of you to ask for Michelle! She is very lovely and takes her time to ensure that what you get done, gets done properly. Again, Thank you so much for your service!!

The place would be more welcoming and staff more professional if they concentrated more on customer service and on speaking English rather their own language between themselves.

I live in the city and I come here just to get my nails done occasionally. They ladies do a fantastic job. They never file too close to the cuticles or make me bleed like other nail salons have. I love getting the french ombre acrylics they are absolutely beautiful and last a long time. Very affordable and I have other friends coming to this salon because of their great service.

Ridiculous was getting toes done then was supposed to get infills she went to someone else and i was sitting there for a hour and a half watching everyone who walked in get there nails done and i was still waiting when i went off they said the girl who did my toes doesnt do infills but everyone else who walked in could get there nails done i wouldnt recommend to anyone if i could give zero stars i would

Very satisfied with the nails but was disappointed because all the massage chairs didn’t even work and that is a big part of why i pay $35 for shellac pedicures.

Was honestly so disappointed with the effects of their customer service (or lack thereof). I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and properly shaped and they absolutely butchered my face and my eyebrows. Biggest disappointment.

I did a simple full set shellac. Very poor quality. Nail polish is thick and cloggy and uneven. The polish is out of line and still very thin, can still see my nails.
