Once again I was very pleased with all aspects of the service I received from Camera Clinic. All members of the reception staff were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The technician's work was exactly what I wanted. True to their word, turnaround time was short and I was back on the road before it was time for my second coffee. I booked in two cameras, one for routine sensor clean and the other for inspection/clean/service after I'd dropped it! Both were done as quickly, efficiently and properly.

Yet to get the repair bill so can't judge price but customer service was excellentUpdate....more than happy with the service. I gave my Sony 24-70 Zeiss lens a bit of a rinse in a waterfall, from first contact with the customer service staff to the prompt service from the techs I could not be happier. The pricing is very reasonable and will certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for friendly and professional repair company

We tried to clean the sensor of our D750, and made a mess to it. The paddle disintegrated and I thought we had scratched the sensor. SO I rushed to Camera Clinic this morning as soon as it opened its door. The lady at reception was most helpful. She told meet change the sensor would cost about $1500.But by 1 pm, I got a text message that every thing was good, The technician had cleaned the sensor perfectly. What a relief.Thank you to the great technician who had saved me money or a new Nikon camera.Every thing was done professionally.I have been getting Camera Clinic to clean my camera sensor since I moved to Melbourne in 2012. Each time, it was done promptly and professionally. Same day service.Best camera service in Melbourne.Highly recommended.

The lens assembly on my Nikon Coolpix P900 needed to be repaired and Nikon recommended the Camera Clinic and I can see why. When I dropped the camera off the estimate given was 7 to 10 days but there was some delay because of the unavailability of the needed spare part. Although this time delay was frustrating, I was impressed by the fact that Camera Clinic staff kept me up to date throughout the whole time and when I was advised that the part finally arrived, the camera was repaired within a few days. Thank you Camera Clinic for the excellent service and A1 repair work. Highly recommended.

Had my Leica M4-P CLA'd at camera clinic and had an overall pleasant experience. Quote was reasonable and camera returned in fantastic condition - was like having a brand new camera! Estimated time of repair of 15 days ended up being a couple months but the quality of service and the fact that I didn't need it back urgently meant it wasn't a big deal. If you need equipment back ASAP I would double check the repair timeframe beforehand.Thanks guys!

Great experience.Recently my Canon EOS R got some dust spots on the sensor, after calling them, I Ubered over them, next morning got a call to say it was finished they boxed it up and bubble wrapped it and I booked an Uber to pic it up. The camera and lens came back looking great. Took a couple of blank white test shots and its 100% clean again. Thankyou so much for your support during this lockdown period, will definitely be coming back for any future service needs.

Sent my Sony A7 III into the Camera Clinic for them to look at an issue with the Camera's stabiliser. I use the Camera for family photos and holidays, and have little knowledge about the workings of a Camera. The team at Camera Clinic could not have been more helpful, easy to deal with and proactive with their communication. I felt comfortable and confident, from the very beginning, that my lack of Camera knowledge was not going to be taken advantage of. Ultimately my Camera was returned in a timely fashion, and is working as I would expect. Cannot thank the Camera Clinic enough, from my experience, I could not recommend them more highly.

Camera Clinic are a great company. As a traveler, Camera Clinic attended to my camera within an hour. I was impressed with the helpful staff; they provided directions on how to find the shop - even walking to the front of the shop to spot me as I searched for no. 56 Easey Street. As a first time visitor, Camera Clinic’s service and wonderful staff have ensured a return visit when I’m next in Melbourne and need a camera service. I simply would not consider going anywhere else. I very much enjoyed my positive experience dealing with Camera Clinic.
