I’ve dealt with Matt and James on a couple of issues at my property and servicing of our heating and cooling. I was very happy with how thorough and knowledgeable they were. They were on time, super friendly and quick to respond via email and phone. I’d highly recommend Melbourne Gas Group and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I would like to express my gratitude for Matt and his team. Not only him and his team did a great job in installing the new heating system for me, he has been very nice, patience and super helpful with my heater complication for the last 2 months. We have been in the very down moment with our heater playing up, on and off and have had giving us lots of grief, fixing after fixing and one issue lead to another. Matt was super helpful and tried his best to assist by sending his team up here multiple times to try to resolve our issues. He is also very considerate and very responsive to my call or email every time when I tried to reach out to him. I personally very much appreciate Matt's help, tolerance and willingness to assist as much as he could. I would highly recommend Melbourne Gas Group, they are very professional, know exactly what they are doing and more importantly you know they are genuinely helping you with full heart.

I contacted Melbourne Gas about replacing my Brivis upflow 20 ducted gas heater; however, Matt advised me to repair the Brivis upflow because it is no longer available to purchase. He said he could inspect my heater after a few days. Since it was freezing, I insisted he does the inspection a bit earlier. Though he is not on tools, he arranged a meeting to do an inspection and guess what? He repaired my heater on the same day.He arrived as scheduled, and Matt immediately diagnosed the problem. He had to put in a brand new part. After that, he checked for carbon monoxide, cleaned the motor fan and vacuum cleaned after work.What I discovered about Matt was that he was enthusiastic, passionate, competent, and friendly nature. A minefield to find experienced reputable people to replace our gas ducted heater but we found Melbourne Gas. Top marks for their product knowledge, customer service, reliability and especially workmanship. My wife picked them because they were a local business and supporting local sports and we have no regrets.They took out the old gas ducted heating system, installed the new system, climbed on the roof and checked for any issues and fixed cracked roof tiles. Matt is very experienced and has developed a good team. We recommend the people and the service.

Melbourne Gas Plumbing group is one of the best services I have come across. The process from beginning to end was so professional. From the administration staff, Jayde and Rhiannon, to the installation of a brand new heater and shower head from Matt and Brandon. They were there within the hour of me calling as we had no heating and knowing I had children they were very accommodating to fix the issue immediately. I have recommended 3 people since I have used the company and all 3 have required heater checks and were thankful I passed on the details. It’s hard to come by great customer service these days along with professionalism and good quality work.
