Bought a 3500 dollar lamp last month. Didnot work the next day as the lights turn on and off themselves. Had to return it. Waited weeks. Their solution was to replace the factory original LED lights with Halogen bulbs.. I pointed out to them that Halogen has a life span about 1/10 of the LED and this is not a real fix. No responses ever since.The lamp's wire was come duct-taped which the shop says was necessary to change the lamp to work with Australian power sockets. But at the price point I feel more effort can be made to make the modification more neat.So in the end I have a 3500 lamp, duct taped and with bulbs need to be replaced in a year or two.Wont shop there again.
