Love the products at this shop and the service whenever I go, especially the lady who was working on Thursday 01/06 at around 4-5pm. Very friendly and especially helpful when sharing advice about visiting Mister Minit to make a hole on my Colette handbag strap for adjustments. Thank you again for your lovely service!

Store was busy but staff still very helpful where they could be between serving other customers! Nice stock, love the option to afterpay in store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t bother going here if you want the staff whispering about you in the corner. I went with my partner and my mother and not only did we not get greeted in a near empty store but I went to ask one of the RUDE staff a question, she saw me coming and turned around. My mother was appalled. I purchased two items (I had no time to go anywhere else) and I got a huge sigh and eye roll when I was $1 short (I counted money wrong as I felt rushed at her finger nails tapping on the counter) so paid by my card and it was just awful. Never ever again. The one at Carindale is wonderful, I will go there in future!

Before getting a sales bag I confirmed with one of their employee regarding return & refund policy. 3 days after I found bag had torn texture and the zipper inside stopped working.I go to the store to return and since poor quality I do not wish to get another one so I ask for refund. The assistant manager and Manager go ahead talking about no refund & return policy on sales bag andI told them about how their employee lied about the same in the first place and all I want is a refund. The assistant manager goes ahead saying get out of my store and I say this is no way to talk to a customer and I said call security if you want I am not going anywhere and the manager goes forward saying I cannot refund it but i’ll exchange it and to which I agreed and said that i’ll get something else later and again she started saying that we can’t do store credits you have to buy it now and starts taking her tone up and was so rude and awful. The assistant manager was rather an aggressive woman with no empathy towards anything. The worst customer experience ever is whole Australia.Never again.Will take this forward legally.

The staff who work there are great! Ally Charlotte and Simone are super friendly and helpful. I only know their names because they’ve turned me into a regular customer :)

What a good experience! The lady who served me (Ally I think?), was friendly and had all the information I needed about the designs I was looking for. Even got me to grab the matching set ! Will definitely be back.Thanks!

Atrocious customer service. Went in with my partner who walked up to counter to ask a question, they looked up from their mobile phone at her then proceeded to chat with another employee about whatever they were looking at on the mobile phone. My partner and I will not be going back.

The best bags for a really good price and they always have sales going on.

I was really disappointed drove all the way to Mt Gravatt on Thursday night just to go to here and when I arrived at 8pm they were shut. Do not recommend.
