Whilst I had met with other reputable agents , Ryan’s professional calm but direct sales skill was evident. There was no pressure, it was at our own pace. It Was always going to be an emotional roller coaster selling our home of 35 years that we loved ( still do) for a tree change, and Ryan respected this. He and his team maintained a constant line of communication so we were never in doubt of what was going on. They showed the utmost respect to our home at inspection times, and each inspection was followed by an initial phone report backed up by a written weekly update. I had complete faith that Ryan worked to get us the best possible price. This is where experience counts, Ryan KNOWS the local market , he knows what’s going on with finance timing , he knows how to qualify a buyer and he knows how to set the pace of the sale. This was all done successfully with us as emotional sellers that nearly pulled out a couple of times . It is obvious that Ryan loves what he does and so does it incredibly well.
