The staff were absolutely lovely, the low prices mixed with the buy 2 get 1 free deal was an absolute blessing for someone like me who fidgets alot. Plus the items are good quality too, no flimsy spinners or fragile plastic. I will definitely be buying more from here in the future

My partner and I were browsing their figures with no intention of making a purchase. The young lady working this afternoon (24/3/23), acknowledged that but politely asked if we could voice our opinions on items we would like to see them stock. She seemed genuinely interested in our thoughts and showed she actually took pride in working here. We've not had any issues with other staff but everyone we've seen or spoken to prior just appeared to be there for the sake of being there. She added us to a mailing list of sorts so we could be notified when/if any merchandise were to come in for anime we had listed.We should have asked her name to give her the credit she deserves. Because of the outstanding service she gave us when we were not even paying customers, we couldn't leave empty handed. My partner and I both walked away with a figure and she threw in some goodies because we purchased two. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Big Play Games North Lakes"

I really like this place! Me and my friends occasionally come here to buy all sorts of fidgets and anime statues. They've got a really nice stock and the customer service was lovely. Nothing but a pleasant experience coming to this place.
