Be very mindful, if for any legitimate reason you need to break your lease, say goodbye to your entire bond. My partner and I were slugged around $2000 worth of ‘daily rent fees (even after finding someone to take it over)’ ‘excessive break lease fees’ ‘apparent Mould fees’ ‘carpet cleaning fees’ you name it, each fee was seperate from each other.the rental was $440, We looked after this place like it was our own. But yet we feel like we were nothing but an atm
