Have had in other countries including the US, but was keen to try the ‘Aussie’ version of Carl’s Jnr. Had the Superstar combo. Comparable to Hungry Jacks in terms of burger size and flavour, especially the meat patties. Chip portion was small despite ordering a medium. Fast service however.

So, having lived in the US I was excited by the prospect of having Carl JRs here.Tried a different outlet and was disappointed. Happened to drive past this one so decided to drop in and SO HAPPY I DID!!!Ordered the Famous Star with cheese low card style and it was the best!Well cooked, fresh and yummy

Unfortunately the area was quite unclean. Puddle of water or drinks in front of the drink machine. Rubbish on all the tables. Even though it was quite empty. Food was ok apart from dipping the burgers in the mustard bucket.

Ordered two ice cream sandwiches and both were melted yet still given to us. Absolutely disappointed in their service. Terrible attitude by the woman in black.If i could give this store zero stars i would. Horrible experience with this staff, food is average just bigger and not assembled properly. Everything is a mess including my chocolates sundae that was overfilled.incredibly disappointed. they also gave us a broken cup tray. The only thing that made this experience a little less terrible was the kind man at the bp.

My first time at Carl's Jr, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not cheap fast food, but nice enough. Chips were tasty, burger was like traditional fish and chip shop fare, and free soft drink refill rounded out the experience. This outlet in a servo though seems to lack soul. However you cannot eat that eh.

Fries were ok, not good but ok.Angus burger, Low carb version so wilted lettuce not a burger bun. Tomato M.I.A. and ¼ of a slice of cheese. Luckily they made up for this with LOTS of onion and pickles, lots.The meat pattie may have been grilled once but was over cooked, chewy, dry and flavourless.I returned the burger after this photo was taken.Staff were very nice when I ordered, the 2 stars are for them.

In my opinion Carl’s Jr is sort of like an expensive version of Hungry Jacks. The original Angus was alright but was sort of tasteless. I can’t explain it but with everything that was stacked in the burger—I could hardly taste anything.

First time to visit this store, normally go to the one around the corner.First and last time to go here.Long waiting times, the kids in the kitchen were laughing and carrying on while there was a growing crowd out the front, getting frustrated with no food coming out and no one to even ask behind the counter.I received my burger after close to 10 mins, then another 10 mins until they brought out the shake, not good enough carls Jnr Lyndhurst, will only go to Cranbourne from now on.

Chloe was really nice and very friendly which prompted me to leave this review. Everytime i eat here all the staff arr real helpful. Great service great burgers.
