It was a difficult market to sell our family home however Carl was forthright, clear, respectful of my wishes, put a huge effort into viewing even when it was quiet and constantly followed up and kept me in the loop. Carl negotiated at fair deal just recently sacrificing some of his commission to ensure the deal went through. To top it off he provided a thoughtful gift of local goods demonstrating he has mastered the art of customer service. Thanks and well done Carl.

Carl was recommended to us to help us downsize from a rural property in Vasse to a smaller home near the beach. He had very helpful tips in preparing our property for sale - and it was sold within a short time for a very good price. At the same time he helped us find our beachside home, where we are now very happy. At all times he kept us informed of proceedings and was always available for updates and a chat. Carl Wilde was always exceptionally positive, keen to help in all matters and was a great asset for us in helping to sell our father's property (particularly as we were handling it remotely).
