I have been visiting her salon since I moved in Australia. She is really humble and professional. I have never been disappointed with anything. Reasonable prices, great customer service.

WORST customer service I ever had. She is so rude, don’t bother going there as she is only bothered to finish her work that she didn’t do it properly. I only went there because it is close to my home. Forget about client consultation she doesn’t even greet customers.

I went there and let me tell you it's one of the best hair salons I've been at. It is cheaper than other hair salons and the customer service was AMAZING the other places I've been at has decent service but here it was spectacular I'm gonna come here more often.Thank you so much.

Worst customer service. Extremely unprofessional.You keep calling Dipeksha for booking an appointment and she will never pick up your call and she will never call you back. Even she does not bother to reply to your text message. I can see same has been experienced by other clients of her. Definitely not a trust worthy place for your regular stuff. Her set-up is also not up to date and not following industry standards. Not very clean as well. Even if you could get hold of her and got an appointment , she will ensure you wait atleast for 20 mins. We use her as she is in neighbourhood. However we won't recommend her.

I have been visiting Dipeksha’s beauty salon for my hair cut since past 3 years and I can’t thank enough Dipeksha for the amazing transformation she does to my hair every time I visit her. She is wonderful hairstylist, friendly and very kind person. Very prompt in replying back to calls/messages and accommodate last minute request for appointment. I really appreciate it and definitely recommend her. Keep up the great work Dipeksha and thanks again :)

Very happy about the threading and eyebrows, she use very good wax for sensitive skin and never have better experience with the wax or threading,usually my skin burnt or hurts.She knows what to do and very friendly.I washed and style cut and blow dry my hair also for 25, happy with the cut and the advises I got.The prices very reasonable to the common prices arround.Sure I would back again

Dipeksha's services are very accomodating as we booked quite last minute. Her prices are very affordable and most importantly her services very professional and excellent! She is kind and patient and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
