THIS IS THE HOTEL WHERE NO MICROWAVE SERVICE IS PROVIDED !!!!!!! Just pathetic service even heater is not working in winter. These people ask me to keep trying the heater as if I brought it from my home. I would never come here again.

Excellent room in a very clean establishment. Room to move. Minutes from the Hotel and seconds from the kiosk. Only negative would be that the car parking leaves a lot to be desired re security.

Just Glorious. Rooms very clean & well presented. The view outside is straight out to sea with abundance of dolphins & a short walk across the road to were the penguins come in at night. Cooked breakfast were large & food really well cooked with very friendly Lady our host, who made sure we were well catered to. The dinning area was very clean, has a easy to use big" coffee machine

Very friendly stuff, rooms are clean, heater was on when arrived, shower works wonders. These villas are well furnished.The location is grate. Very close to the ferry port, especially helpful if you get a bit sea sick, you do have to walk/drive for long at all.Beautiful views as soon as you walk out of the reception.

Garden villa was quaint, quiet, and as comfortable as anywhere else we've stayed. On-site dining at The Kiosk was a bonus. And all just down the road from the ferry.

Terrible experience.1. Five dead flies near the window, and two alive2. A dead lizard was found in the refrigerator……3. Coffee stains were found in both cups, in which we can remove after washing4. Water remained in the kettle, probably from the last guests5. Hair and some disgusting dirt were found in the bathtub6. Stains on towels7. Dirty floor8. Horrifying lighting effect, making us feel uncomfortable9. Tired facilities

KI Seafront in Penneshaw was a fab place to stay and I wish we stayed longer. To begin with, Sam Atkins the CEO was helpful in initial booking and corrected the website with something I pointed,which helps everyone.The rooms were beautiful and it’s peaceful with all the greenery around - Facing the Gulf Vincent , it is an extremely gorgeous location.Corrine and staff kept the room equipped and we didn’t need to ask anything in the day’s stay. Room also has Netflix and stuff so great for family and kids.The Kiosk has great food and breakfast looking at the water body is just amazing.
