Be carefull if to take Apple computer to this shop after 2013-2017 Mac Book Pro retina 13 in they seem to know very little how it operates.

pretty disappointed, had my computer for over 5 days and they needed to call me to help them understand how install the cpu cooler properly. overcharged me for the motherboard they replaced and definitely overcharged for the service. Tech is nice but its not worth the hassle.

I spilt water on my 2017 Macbook Pro. They quoted 2-3 days to fix and it took over 2 weeks, with me needing to continually call to prompt them. They returned it with a bent base that exposed all of the circuitry and argued with me all macs look like that." I then took it to the Mac store and the guy told me that they completely stuffed the base due to use of wrong equipment. Save yourself the hassle!"

Always helpful. The technicians here have a deeper knowledge about IT than any other tech person I’ve been to. Unlike other tech places who just have high school graduates as technicians, Northcote Computers are certified and qualified to answer the nitty gritty details. I like to ask a lot of questions about how things work, and so, not only have I gotten best deals on my last several laptops, but I’ve learnt a lot as well. It’s no surprise that they also are responsible for the IT needs of various businesses, and not just work on personal computers.
