Mixed experiences at this hospital.On one occasion i had a dressing changed. Very speedy an efficient, no problem.On May 30th at about 10pm i phoned the hospital for advice regarding my wife who was unable to move and in extreme pain. I explained the situation to a young lady and asked if she could help me, I then heard another person shout a loud NO". The other person then came on the phone and was very abrupt and unhelpful.I then drove my wife to Traralgon as i did not want her to be treated by such a rude person.No need for this attitude from a so called health professional."
