Stars Architectural Design and Drafting is an one stop shop, starting from drafting -> structural engineering -> coordination with the surveyor for building permit -> support staged inspection -> finally getting the occupancy certificate.Andrew Novak, is the one who helped us the process two times. Given the variable scenarios arose which digging; Andrew helped us a lot in coordination with Engineer and Surveyors, making necessary changes in the building permit to comply and finally getting the compliance certificate from the Surveyor. He knowledge in construction design and on government rules & regulation is enormous. We are very happy with the final outcome. I strongly recommend Stars Architectural Design and Drafting.
