Worst cut ever. Didn’t listen to a word I said, cut way to short and very uneven. Clearly longer on one side! She was more worried about rushing through clients than taking time to actually pay attention to what she was doing and obviously has zero understanding of curly hair. I’d sooner cut it myself before going back. She has absolutely butchered my hair!

Great staff. Emma did a fantastic job doing all our hair. She was fantastic with my 3 year old son, really friendly and patient but still got the job done quite quickly without rushing it. The use of their iPad helped too.

A massive thank you to Liv, working her magic again, and Emma, Sam and Abbie you make a person feel so super welcome every time they walk in the door, and I always walk out the door pampered and refreshed,I feel completely comfortable every time just saying work your magic and that certainly know how to do that

I went in over a year ago and had my hair done, I wasn't happy with the end result the toner looked like my hair had a green tinge to it. I left but returned an hour later. I spoke to the owner who was lovely and fitted me in to wash the toner out and it looked much better. The lady who did my hair wouldn't even acknowledge me, was very rude and didn't say a word to me the whole time I was getting it fixed. I haven't been back.
