Huge shout out to Sky and Lilli last night! They were both lovely amidst the 7pm rush. Both super friendly and attentive. First time at this location, very happy with the kind and friendly service.

Awful. They didn't read what I ordered and put the same thing on the first subway instead of realizing it was different. Every time I go in there's one guy that's just got awful manners and makes going they're awful and where is my sauce? And they gave me the wrong cookie.

You need to get some more team on here! These poor guys are so back logged with online orders and customers in store on a Saturday night it is ridiculous!We ordered online at 7pm (order ready 7.15pm) and are here in store at 7.35pm with our order still not even started. Not the fault of these 2 poor young team members on.When we approached and asked what was going on the response was our managers have told us we need to serve customers in store and then do the online orders".I already paid before all the other customers yet they come and go and I still have nothing!I am now waiting for a refund which the guy cannot do because he isn't a senior team member so he has to contact the manager for help.I myself am a manager at a very high turnover retail store and I would never EVER put my team under this much pressure!!!!! You need a massive overhaul not only in customer service but also the people who work in your business as "managers". Shame on you."

Says on google open 6:30am7:02 the staff turn on. I asked how long it will be ready to order and she turned rude. I walked away because I don't spend my money in such businesses

We come here quite often. The staff turn over seems quite high, so is hard to get a familiar face.Food and service is as you'd expect from a subway.
