At first I was impressed, because it was done professionally and the prices were good , however my most recent experience was not as impressive took 5 costumes here to be taken in in the waist not under the arms, i.ll have to throw these away and have them completely remade, they.ve managed to loose the top of one of the costumes that needed a zip replacedWhen I went back to enquire about my costume top I was accused of lying about the top-i contacted the firm via email but never got a response whereas I definately have it to them- won't be coming back they.ve lost my business

Hangout removed a stain I thought was impossible to remove without some residue. I am ecstatic as thought it was impossible but they persevered and gave me back as new garment. Previous alternations have always been incredibly professional for a suburban dry cleaner. They go over and beyond if need be.

Disappointing. Hangout destroyed my jacket and will not replace it or progress an insurance claim without the original receipt. I loved the jacket and it fitted well and so I had no reason to keep the receipt. After 3 months visiting them regularly, I have had no acknowledgement of their fault and no compensation. The jacket is now covered in colour run AND they also still have my wrecked jacket. I will never recommend using this company.

Absolutely shocking. They had my shirts 5 days and still not dry cleaned. Told me to use the auto pick up machine which did not work when they are closed. Don’t use them. Not the only issue experienced with them - try another cleaner as I will be.

Great experience - Michael and Alan are both incredibly customer focused and have always gone the extra mile. I travel constantly for work and am glad to have come to rely on their awesome service. Definitely recommend.

In my experience always been friendly service, reasonably priced, and a good result. The after hours pickup machine is especially handy. I drop off my dry cleaning and pay then, receive a text when it is ready and go when convenient to pick it up. Good to go.

Left my son white shirts uniforme there to clean and they just destroyed the logo the ink came out completely ! What was dark green is now yellowish ! Brand new ! The oOwner I believe older gentleman kept repeating “too dirty too dirty I had to , I had to” I said : damaging a product to clean it , doesn’t make sense ! Did not offer anything to compensate my loss ! And I WAS a long time client . I’m very upset and I feel robbed !

Sadly I can't give a good review.Laundry was lost & was eventually found after being told I must come back now" and found it myself. The error was blamed on the "boy" from Saturday who was honestly really lovely and helpful. These minor annoyances weren't even my real issue tbh. On arrival at home and unpacking my ($40!!?) load of regular laundry
