MINISO Australia | The MINISO Brand founder Jack Ye gained inspiration for MINISO while on vacation with his family in Japan in 2013. He came across several specialty stores in Japan which stocked good quality, well designed, and inexpensive products that were mostly manufactured in China. With his knowledge and experience in product development, supply chain, and the fashion industry, Jack established MINISO with its headquarters in Guangzhou, China, a brand catering to young people around the world. MINISO’s original intention was to enable the young generation to enjoy life through high-quality products and services. He wanted customers to have affordable, well-designed, quality products.

Sorry for giving 1 star for an agressive staff (the Asian tall lady). Been to the shop 2nd time and the way she treated customer the same as rude as the first time. Although I visited the shop twice & still end up buying something because I don't want to argue or reply as rude like her ...but trust me this is the last time and will never come back.

Some cute things in store. Not many pens. The checkout lady was kinda rude to me while I was trying pens. Some didn't work well anyway.

My child accidentally hit this glass and it fell but the staff forced me to buy it even though this is not my fault . I recommend this store service very bad and don’t need to go there . I never come back again

Fantastic prices. Great gift ideas as well as treats for yourself! Cute brand names and item lines to like We Bare Bears, Adventure Time, Marvel, Pink Panther, Power Puff Girls. But lines are limited runs so grab something you see if you really like it because it might not be in store next time you go. Makeup and skincare, stationary and homewares, accessories and plushies etc. check out their website for current stock and stock at store location nearest you.

bought a silicon facial cleansing mechanism for mum and asked specifically if i could refund itif my mother didn’t like it and came back a week later trying to refund it and wasn’t able to. the recipe did say that no refunds were available but i was careless and believed the words of a worker who works at minisio. very mad and will no longer be buying from this business.
